Visiting the Olympic Peninsula typically involves driving north on 101, north on Hwy 16 from Tacoma, or via the ferries at Keystone, Edmonds, Bainbridge and Victoria. Washington State Ferries run the Keystone, Edmonds and Bainbridge ferries. Black Ball Transport's Coho handle vehicle travel from Port Angeles to Victoria. |
Air Travel |
Flights into the area come generally from SeaTac (between Seattle and Tacoma) and the small airport in Port Angeles. Kenmore Air provides flights from SeaTac to Port Angeles. |
Ferry |

Bus |
Olympic Bus Lines offers bus service from Seattle and SeaTac. There is currently no support for bikes. There are buses that run from Port Townsend to Sequim, Sequim to Port Angeles, and Port Angeles to Forks. See Jefferson Transit for Port Townsend bus system and Clallam Transit for the Sequim-PA-Forks buses. Local buses in Clallam and Jefferson County have bike racks for two bikes at a time.
