Lower Elwha Rd/Kaycee Way to Elwha River Bridge

Trail users should watch for occasional truck traffic, which is associated with the Elwha Water Treatment plant. The National Park Service will also be using this portion of the ODT for deliveries of supplies or equipment. (posted April 26, 2013)


Port Angeles Waterfront

The Waterfront Trail is open for through foot and bicycle traffic from Hollywood Beach in Port Angeles to Morse Creek. Waterfront Trail information can be found at: http://cityofpa.us/parksrecreation.htm, and the phone number is (360) 417-4550. (posted May 3, 2013)


Jefferson County

The newly constructed portion of trail from S. Discovery Road to Milo-Curry is now surfaced with fine, hard-packed gravel, and the parking area and trailhead at Milo-Curry has been completed. However, there is no room for horse trailers at this time. Negotiations are under way with landowners to allow trailer parking nearby. (posted November 14, 2012)
